Return Policy
Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact us for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.
Domestic returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be minimally used and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like holiday or promotional items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
